Troubleshoots software and hardware failures and identifies network problems when they relate to personal computers. Strong understanding of Windows operating systems, experience with all Microsoft Office products as well as troubleshooting experience and understanding of e-mail. Provides technical on-site maintenance and support for new and existing systems. This position will also provide second level support, including resolving and completing AMP Remedy tickets, process refinement and create or update documentation. This job may include any aspect of field support, and is not limited to system hardware and software, PC's, and IP networking. Other duties as assigned.

. Assist with Approved Work Requests requirements.

. Analyzes hardware and software needs for planning of projects and makes recommendations on needs.

. Create scorecards and coordinate tasks for deployments.

. Work on projects as necessary.

. Develop scripts and documentation for deployments.

. Provide training on new technology as needed to technicians.

. Has developed specialized skills or is multi-skilled through job-related training.

. Generates new and innovative solutions to complex problems, and proposes improvements to processes.

. Takes a broad perspective to problems and identifies new, less obvious solutions.

. Completes work with a limited degree of supervision.

. Senior level job with considerable work experience.

. Performs routine assignments, and develops competence by performing structured work.

. Uses existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems.

. Work on hardware/software issues on company supported devices.

. Work on projects as necessary.

. Create/update documentation as necessary.

. Track work time, update ticket status and resolutions in Remedy system.

. IT desktop services disciplines absolutely required.

. Demonstrated leadership to raise process awareness and issues to executive leadership, engage leaders and stakeholders in understanding their roles in delivering solutions.

. Excellent communication, documentation and reporting skills utilizing MS. tools

. At least five (5) years of experience in Information Technology in a similar role.

. A+ Certified

. MCP preferred

. 2+ years working with ITIL


. Two year college degree in Information Systems/Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field

. Previous experience in a similar resort setting
