Quality Engineering Contractor: 2-3 months Contract

Key Responsibilites:

. To execute PCBA First Article Inspections per customer work inspections. Work defined as mechanical measurement, visual inspection per detailed customer drawing. Including data collection, spreadsheet management and problem solving when deviations from drawings are identified.

. Expeditiously complete First Article Inspections per process.

. Document collected data in a professional manner.

. Interpret detailed PCBA drawings.

. Identify key Mfg. processes/characteristics related to failed First Article samples.

. Other related duties as identified.


Job Qualifications:

. Related technical or mathematics related field.

. 4+ years experience in an electronics manufacturing environment.

. Experience with PCBA Surface Mount Technologies.

. Ability to use problem-solving skills to investigate and resolve problems.

. Minimum Intermediate level PC based skills - MS Office required.

. Critical thinking and problem solving skills.

. Ability to read, write, listen, and otherwise communicate and understand effectively in English is required.

. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

. The ability to analyze and derive conclusions out of similar experiences, without established precedent, policy or practices to rely upon.

. The ability to represent Logic PD in a professional manner to customers is required.

. Experience with SEA AS9102 process.

. IPC-A- 610 Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies Certification preferred.

. IPC J-STD-001 Certification preferred.
