SAP HCM/SuccessFactors Enterprise & Pre-Sales Architect (Open to Overseas Candidates) (Permanent)

Location: Auckland or Wellington Country: New Zealand Rate: Great Salary+Benefits package.

THIS IS A PERMANENT ROLE BASED IN New Zealand - Auckland or Wellington!

We are currently looking for SAP HCM & SuccessFactors Pre-Sales Enterprise Architect focusing on SAP HCM and SuccessFactors client engagements, pre-sales activities and strategic advice.

This is a permanent role with a truly phenomenal established organization, that is growing exponentially.

In this interesting and varied role, you will be acting as a Pre-Sales Solution Architect - acting as a high level advisor to clients (similar to Enterprise Architect) but focusing more on pre-sales and advisory rather than implementations.

You will provide thought leadership and advice based on your in-depth experience in the HCM/SF space.

You will be aiming to be an industry thought-leader in this role; so the ability to present at events, blogs/vlogs is essential.

Therefore, you should be able to demonstrate outstanding expertise in SAP SuccessFactors/SAP HCM and an ability to present/engage large and complex clients at a strategic level.

The ideal candidate will have a blend of the following skills and experience:

  • 10+ years SAP HCM/SuccessFactors consulting experience.
  • Strong Pre-Sales Experience with a track record of Pre-sales engagements and thought leadership.
  • Large complex SAP projects experience acting as an Architect/Solution Architect on end-to-end HCM/SuccessFactors implementations is essential.
  • Must have strong core SAP HCM experience and strong SuccessFactors experience across multiple modules.
  • Excellent English language communication skills and a natural ability to present complex scenarios to large and complex organizations.
