Cleaning duties will include making beds, vacuuming and mopping, restocking toiletries, washing and ironing sheets, and other general tasks. Reporting to the Executive Chef the Banquet Chef is responsible for the following: Direct supervision of day to day operation of all banquet functions. Needs to understand the concepts and have the experience of interacting within a professional kitchen.
