The Senior Manager is responsible for the execution of multiple core state sales tax projects, including Nexus and taxability review, research, state and local tax audits, and reverse audit (refund opportunity) review and execution. This work will also encompass the writing/production of high-level tax technical memoranda and technical responses to state taxing authorities. Responsibilities This position is responsible for the efficient, accurate, complete, and timely preparation and review of estate, gift, and fiduciary tax returns, as well as corporate, pass-through entities, and individual returns.
