Pharmacists fill orders for medications, monitor patient medication therapies, provide drug information, and supervisor and direct support personnel. JOB SUMMARY: The Lynn Community Health Center (LCHC) Clinical Pharmacist will provide medication management expertise in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) environment under a collaborative practice agreement.
