Job Description:
As a Business Analyst within the Loan Products & Payments area of the Financing tribe, you will work within a squad focused on enhancing applications for wholesale customers to improve the overall customer experience. This role requires you to work in a diverse, international environment where you will collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement solutions that drive value for business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support users and the product owner in creating and refining the product backlog, focusing on providing true value for the business.
- Identify functional and non-functional requirements for the system.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize requirements and define outcomes.
- Challenge stakeholders on requirements to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Translate business needs into actionable solutions.
- Contribute to the team's goals by actively participating in both business analysis and testing tasks as needed.
- Work cross-functionally with other team members to deliver commitments.
- Engage in ongoing process improvement efforts.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Degree in Computer Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in financial systems implementation and digital transformation.
- Preferably some basic knowledge of Oracle Flexcube (ELCM/Facility-module).
- Basic testing skills and ability to contribute to testing efforts.
- Experience in a comparable enterprise environment, ideally in banking or finance.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Basic knowledge of Azure DevOps (preferred).
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team and contribute to all team commitments.
- Adaptability to work in a demanding and fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to pursue continuous self-development and support the growth of other team members.
- Ability to network and connect with stakeholders.
