Job Overview:
We are looking for a talented Co-Pilot Developer with strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and AI-driven automation to conduct a feasibility study on leveraging AI and co-pilot functionalities to support end-users in Customer Service and Sales. The successful candidate will assess the current setup, determine the technical feasibility, and propose an actionable roadmap for integration, tailored to our specific organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Feasibility Analysis: Conduct an in-depth feasibility study on integrating co-pilot technologies into MS Dynamics 365, identifying potential benefits, limitations, and technical requirements.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Operations, and Product, to gather requirements, understand pain points, and define the scope of potential AI integration.
• Technical Evaluation: Analyze the current MS Dynamics 365 architecture, plugins, and workflows to identify integration opportunities for co-pilot functionalities.
• Research & Development: Research available co-pilot technologies, tools, and frameworks compatible with MS Dynamics 365, and provide insights into how they could be utilized effectively within the organization.
• Solution Proposal: Develop a comprehensive report detailing findings, recommendations, a proposed roadmap, and potential costs associated with integrating co-pilot tools in MS Dynamics 365.
• Proof of Concept: Where possible, design a proof of concept to demonstrate the viability of integrating co-pilot technologies with MS Dynamics.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Hands on experience of developing Co-Pilot Proof of Concept, ideally for recordings and transcripts of sales and service calls
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 development, customization, and integrations
• Experience in conducting feasibility studies and providing data-driven recommendations
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for stakeholders
