Internal Communications Consultant (Contract)

Location: City of London Country: UK Rate: £430 - £460 per day
 

Internal Communications Consultant
Contract, Outside IR35, circa £450/day, 6 months
London/Hybrid

A leading client in an interesting niche of consumer/product/supply chain data are looking for an Internal Communications Consultant to help review existing communications processes, and develop a new internal communication strategy. You'll be working closely with a tight-knit team to ensure that internal communications and employee engagement are a success across the business.

Day-to-day in this Communications Consultant role:

  • Shape and deliver a new communications strategy, reviewing and adapting existing policies
  • Develop an annual calendar of multichannel content to support the leadership team to tell stories about purpose, values and behaviours
  • Create and share content for internal channels (Sharepoint, Teams)
  • Partner with marketing, HR, and business planning
  • Analyse effectiveness of internal communications using datadriven insights

Ideal experience for this Communications Consultant role:

  • Experience of internal communications in both large and small organisations
  • Experience of content creation for online and offline channels
  • Experience working directly with senior leadership
  • Experience analysing existing processes and creating new strategies
  • Experience working with Sharepoint
  • Professional qualifications such as CIM or CAM are a bonus but not an essential

This Communications Consultant role requires two visits per week to a Central London office. Please apply directly to be considered.
