PMO Analyst (Contract)

Location: London Country: UK Rate: £350 - £400 per day
 

PMO Analyst - Investment Bank

Are you a proactive and detail-oriented program management professional? A leading global financial institution is seeking a PMO Analyst to join their dynamic team.

In this key role, you will provide hands-on PMO support across complex regulatory programs and initiatives. You will be responsible for demand management, status reporting, risk/issue tracking, executive program governance materials, change management, dependency management, roadmap development, and upholding PMO standards and processes.

To succeed in this fast-paced position, you will combine strong organizational skills with excellent written/verbal communication abilities. You must be able to challenge the status quo, identify emerging issues through data analysis, and develop process improvements. Prior PMO experience supporting PMI/Prince2 methodologies across global programs is strongly preferred.

Key qualifications include:

  • 3+ years of PMO experience on complex, regulatory programs
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams (Jira/Clarity a plus)
  • Able to create high-quality plans/materials for executive audiences
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage tasks independently
  • Proficiency developing RAID logs, assessing quality/governance
  • Experience implementing PMO controls and monitoring processes
