- Manage all vendors
- Help growing an internal junior benefits administration incumbent into potentially manager level
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Handle benefits enrolment, eligibility verification, and claims processing.
- Help manage employee inquiries regarding benefits packages and provide assistance as needed.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting for benefits expenses.
