In partnership with an exclusive client operating in the legal industry, Eden Smith are seeking a Business Analyst for a 6 month, fully remote, outside IR35 contract position.

The preferred candidate for this position will be someone who possesses experience formerly as a technical Business Analyst who has operated in the legal sector in order to support the migration that currently exist across different legal disciplines.

The successful candidate will possess:

- Experience with legal case management
- Previous exposure to utilising user stories
- Experience with process maps
- Use of Visual Files
- Quality admin

The role will see the successful candidate:

- Be positioned as liaison between IT and Business through deliverables performed in two weekly sprints in:
1. Creation of business requirements documentation including functional requirements, use cases and user stories
2. Translate business requirements into technical requirements
3. Contribute to the creation of project charters, scoping documents and other pre-approved materials
4. Design and execute interviews, meetings, work sessions and workshops to gather high and low level business requirements
5. Perform root cause analysis and translate between technical and business teams

Although the position is a fully remote role, candidates should expect occasional visits in office.

This role pays £475 outside IR35.

The initial length of contract is 6 months, with the position urgently required to start as soon as possible.
