Are you ready to lead the charge in establishing and optimising Service Level Management?

We're seeking an Service Level Manager to join a dynamic Service Integration and Management (SIAM) team.

Key Responsibilities:

Establish and lead the Service Level Management Framework.
Ensure precise, assessable, and achievable service levels that support business requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and vendors to drive performance improvements.
Convert SLAs & OLAs into measurable formulas for accurate reporting.
Oversee governance, reporting, and improvement initiatives across the ecosystem.

Requirements:
ITIL accreditation (minimum Practitioner level).
ServiceNow experience
Proficient in Defining SLAs and Reporting
Proficiency in the understanding of configuring Service Level Management in Service Now.
Lead the initiation and establishment of SLM processes across the ecosystem. Manage diverse service providers and metrics to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
