Senior HR Change Project Manager (Global Shared Services) (Contract)

Location: London Country: UK
 

Senior HR Change Project Manager (Global Shared Services) is urgently required by our Global IT Services Company for an initial 6 months rolling contract, to be based remotely from home, UK. (UK Only).

Responsibilities & Skills:

  • The successful applicant will be an experienced Senior HR Change Project Manager, responsible for playing an integral part in the success of the Global Program.
  • Must have Global programme change management experience
  • Acting as the escalation point and day to day contact for the teams.
  • Ensuring that the teams are fully up to date on all program decisions and deliverables.
  • Manage the areas of your plan to ensure readiness for each regional/country service commencement.
  • Manage the RAID items in relation to your workstreams.
  • Act as the SPOC for these teams and interfacing with other HR Sub Program & Tech and Data workstream Leads as required.
  • Working with the HR Sub Program Manager to ensure the plans are aligned with Organization Design, End to End Process Design, Business Transition, Global HRIS and HRSS workstreams to be clear on dependencies and deliverables.
  • Weekly Progress Reporting
  • Experience with planning and delivering rollout projects.
  • Being innovative & agile
  • Strong communication skills and an ability to build good working relationships with multiple stakeholders are essential.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent client facing experience
