Description:

A trusted client is urgently looking for a Solution Architect/Tech Lead, for a exciting digital bank project. We are looking for someone who ideally has industry experience in this space. The position is outside IR35 and Fully remote.

As a Solution Architect & Tech Lead in the service operations space, you will be responsible for designing a number of solutions to ensure true customer centric servicing. You will guide design decisions and enhancements for existing solutions in the domain.

In addition, you will support the squad as the tech lead, facilitating and helping prioritise work activities/planning, ensuring product builds are aligned to design, providing technical guidance, driving production readiness and general problem solving.

Tech Experience:
- Solution Architecture
- AWS Serverless
- Microservice design
- Salesforce (APEX and VisualForce exposure a plus)
- Customer Service/support Systems and capabilities
- Full Stack/Backend Engineer experience is a plus.
