Description:

We are looking for a finance/billing analyst with a technical mind to join this retail client. They are US based so you need to have worked for a US/global company before as you will be presenting data to stakeholders across the pond. Ideally someone who wants to move their career forwards with very likely extension at the end of this contract.

• You role will be made up of preparing and creating purchase requisitions, understanding purchase details of hardware models, quantities and prices, ensuring company entities and project code are properly assigned and routed to coding, keeping track of delivery schedule of foods and then invoicing.
• You will also be coordinating wit internal finance and accounting teams and external vendors to ensure the orders are correctly billed.
• Provide monthly forecast plan of CAPEX and OPEX as a certain level of accuracy.
• Call out risks and issues
• Participate in planning, tracking and progress reporting, specifically with new technology and projects.
• Prepare data and create reports, also create documentation and diagram to depict operational changes.

Skills needed (Non-Negotiable!):

• Have worked for a US/global company
• Data entry
• Invoicing
• CAPEX and OPEX experience .
• Confident and calm demeanor and happy to present data to stakeholders, being able to present data as meaningful statements and keep stakeholders engaged.
