Automotive Design Engineer (Siemen NX)
Responsibilities
- Design of Cooling/Thermal Exhaust System components
- Design of cooling/Thermal Exhaust systems across powertrain
- Create Designs from requirements or existing drawings using Siemens NX Software.
- Create & maintain system/component timing plans.
- Create & maintain system/component cost.
- Support prototype & production builds.
Required skills
- Understanding of automotive Cooling Systems or Thermal Exhaust (Essential)
- CAD System In-depth user knowledge - Siemens PLM TeamCentre & NX Software.
- Knowledge of automotive failure mode avoidance tools & techniques
- Supplier management
- Broad knowledge of Powertrain & Vehicle engineering attributes/functions
- Mechanical engineering degree or equivalent qualification/experience
