Programme Director, 6+Months, London/Remote, £650/day (Inside IR35)

My client a leading digital agency are currently looking to bring on a Programme Director on a 6 month initial contract. This is to work for one of their globally known end clients who are working extensively in the manufacturing industry.

This role falls INSIDE IR35.

You will be responsible for the overall governance and delivery across one of our client's key strategic accounts within Manufacturing.

This is a key hire and pivotal to their success. They're looking for an individual who is used to dealing with large, multi-Matrix organisations. The ability to influence across disconnected business units is key.

You'll be responsible for managing a team of Delivery Leads within the account, driving operational excellence alongside an existing programme management function.

WHAT YOU'VE GOT

• You will have 8-10 years' experience at a senior level in a digital agency environment.
• A strong track record of delivering complex large scale digital transformation projects.
• Experience & ability to drive and provide direction to the wider stakeholder group including clients and other parties to help shape the project or programme approach.
• Experience setting up the implementing programme governance, ways of working and delivery plans for programmes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Robust commercial and operational understanding.
