Your tasks:

• Providing expert technical guidance throughout the project life cycle, ensuring optimal fill and finish processes
• Driving project planning and scheduling, minimizing downtime and optimizing resource utilization
• Facilitating clear communication between internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives
• Conducting thorough risk analysis to inform decision-making by management, ensuring project success and compliance
• Implementing actions and improvements based on lessons learned from previous projects
• Maintaining accurate project documentation and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements

Your experience/knowledge:

• Demonstrated proficiency in fill and finish processes within the pharmaceutical industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex engineering projects from planning through execution
• Expertise in conducting risk analyses and implementing effective mitigation strategies
• Strong understanding of cGMP and regulatory requirements
• Skilled in preparing detailed engineering documentation, using methodologies such as QRM and ASTM 2500
• University degree in engineering or a related field

• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and implement effective solutions
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively
