Logistics Specialist/Project Support (Contract)

Description:

Responsibilities:

- Actively participate and provide support in the implementation of SAP EWM projects, encompassing testing and deployment activities.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business requirements and organizational objectives.

- Offer continuous support for SAP EWM systems, including troubleshooting issues and implementing corrective measures as necessary.

- Execute routine system maintenance tasks such as software updates, patches, and enhancements.

- Develop comprehensive training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users to facilitate optimal utilization of SAP EWM features and functionalities.

- Create and maintain documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and user manuals.

- Efficiently manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure the successful delivery of SAP EWM initiatives.

- Conduct thorough testing of SAP EWM configurations and customizations to verify system functionality and adherence to business requirements.

- Perform post-implementation reviews to identify key learnings and opportunities for enhancement.

Must Have:

- Familiarity with project management principles within SAP EWM implementation and testing.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Proficiency in both German and English languages.

Start date: ASAP

Latest start date: Flexible to wait longer notice period for the right profile (around 2-3 months NP)

End date: ASAP/01/2024 to Feb/28/2025 (with possibility of extension)

Work location: be able to work at least 60% in Visp
